Our personal training program is designed to help individuals meet their fitness goals. This includes performance enhancement for athletes as well as general conditioning with or without targeted weight loss goals. Our goal is to help you get from point A to point B with a specific goal oriented approach that involves both education and personal training. As physical therapists, we encounter individuals on a regular basis that may have limitations due to recent joint surgery, muscle imbalance, joint dysfunction or pain. Dr. White will create an exercise prescription with the anticipation that you will one day meet the goal of pain free restored function and at that time discharge you to a home maintenance program. This physical therapy model is what we have used to design the personal training program. If you are interested in the program, you will have to go through a thorough evaluation from one of our therapists.
